Terms of service

These Terms of Service apply to purchases from and use of the Off Woven online store. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing, contact, and delivery information and to use the store lawfully.

Product descriptions, prices, availability, shipping estimates, and applicable policies shown at checkout form part of the purchase. Prices and availability may change before an order is accepted. An automated order acknowledgment does not authorize a substituted product or an unsupported promise.

Off Woven may cancel and promptly refund an order when an item is unavailable, a price is materially erroneous, fraud or security review fails, or fulfillment cannot lawfully be completed. We will not silently substitute a materially different product.

Product claims must match approved evidence. Third-party names, trademarks, images, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners and may be used only when authorized.

Customers must not attempt to disrupt the store, access systems or data without authorization, submit unlawful content, or misuse another person's information.

The Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Contact Information posted in the store apply to each order. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be limited.
